Forest Grove Botanica

Sun Apr 12, 2009, 1:35 PM
I've opened a little folk magic shop called Forest Grove Botanica - in honour of all the wonderful witchcraft and voodoo botanicas out there. I figured the Pacific Northwest could use one! I've been busy making herbal remedies of balms, salves, oils, and teas. I've also been crafting magical supplies: magical oils, incense blends, amulets, statuary, as well as spell and altar candles. My shop is a combination of folk medicine and folk magic. All items are completely handcrafted by me. Some of my new Deviant Art submissions are now up for sale in the Forest Grove Botanica shop. Please stop on by and check out my handmade wares!

Don't judge me by my art...oh, wait, yeah...my art is my soul...hmm...sorry if I scare you! ~me!
Hey there. I browsed your gallery for a while and found that you have crafted a great variety of really beautiful things.

I am going to move to BC next spring, and I was wondering about the local wild greens and herbs, since I am so used to the botany here in North and Middle Europe, and I am eager to learn about the greens I can find and use in my future home.

So I'm always happy to find people from that area who know something about wild plants and the local natural environment in general - especially people with a pagan/nature-spiritual background.
